4. Presale and Future-Delivery Items
Some products offered by My Jayde are presale or future-delivery items tied to upcoming United States Mint releases or expected inventory.
By purchasing a presale or future-delivery item, you acknowledge and agree that:

the item is not yet in hand at the time of purchase unless the listing states otherwise;

release dates and expected shipping dates are based on current information and may change;

shipment will occur only after the item is received by My Jayde and prepared for shipment.
If My Jayde cannot ship within the advertised timeframe, customers will be notified and, where required, given the option to consent to a delay or cancel for a prompt refund. The FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule requires sellers to have a reasonable basis for shipping within the stated time, or within 30 days if no time is stated, and to offer delay-or-cancel options if timing changes.
