Refund policy

At My Jayde, we specialize in coins and collectible United States Mint products. Because coins and collectible items are condition-sensitive and may be affected by market movement, all return requests are subject to the policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • the wrong item was sent,

  • the item arrives materially damaged,

  • or the item is significantly not as described.

All other sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

2. Return Request Window

If there is a problem with your order, you must contact My Jayde within 3 calendar days of delivery. Requests made after this period may be denied.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Any approved return must be sent back in the same condition in which it was received, with all original packaging, holders, flips, capsules, certificates, and original government packaging, if applicable.

Items that have been opened, altered, cleaned, removed from original packaging, damaged after delivery, or otherwise changed from their original condition are not eligible for return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • bullion products,

  • spot-price-sensitive items,

  • presale or future-delivery items after shipment,

  • items marked final sale,

  • and any item that has been opened or handled in a way that affects collectible condition.

5. Presale and Future-Delivery Orders

Some My Jayde items are sold as presale or future-delivery products tied to upcoming United States Mint releases.

Presale orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once a presale item has shipped, it is subject to the standard return terms above and is otherwise final sale unless the wrong item was sent, the item was damaged in transit, or the item is materially not as described.

If a U.S. Mint release is delayed and My Jayde cannot ship within the stated time, customers will be notified and given the option, when required, to continue waiting or cancel for a full refund.

6. Return Authorization Required

Do not send any item back without contacting My Jayde first. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Please include:

  • your order number,

  • a description of the issue,

  • and clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is approved because My Jayde sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or materially not as described, My Jayde will advise you on return shipping arrangements.

If a return is approved for any other reason at My Jayde’s discretion, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the purchase price of the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by My Jayde or an item that arrived materially damaged or not as described.

9. Refused, Undeliverable, or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, any refund may be reduced by the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges incurred.

10. Policy Updates

My Jayde reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website.
