All orders are shipped directly from the United States.

Certain items, including presale or future-delivery U.S. Mint products, will ship only after they are received and physically in hand. Processing times may vary during major release periods, holidays, or promotional events.
2. Shipping Methods
My Jayde offers shipping options based on the type, value, and size of the order. Most coin orders are shipped using USPS services, including USPS Ground Advantage or eBay Standard Envelope when applicable. Shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout, and customers are responsible for selecting their preferred available option.
3. Shipping Destinations
My Jayde currently ships only within the United States.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the selected shipping method, package weight, order value, and destination. The total shipping cost will be shown during checkout before the order is completed.

Coins are packaged with care to help ensure they arrive safely. Depending on the item, coins may be shipped in original government packaging, protective flips, sleeves, or other secure collector-appropriate packaging. Packaging methods may vary by listing.
8. Presale and Future-Delivery Items
Some products sold by My Jayde are presale or future-delivery items tied to upcoming United States Mint releases. These items will not ship immediately after purchase. They will ship only after the product is released by the U.S. Mint, received by My Jayde, and prepared for shipment. Estimated release or ship dates shown in listings are based on current U.S. Mint schedules and may change.
9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling and timeline. If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly so we can assist in opening a claim or helping with next steps. My Jayde is not responsible for carrier delays, misdeliveries, or packages marked delivered by the carrier.

My Jayde reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website.
